Rabies vaccination is the Law in NC!  
We need to see proof of Rabies- vet documents with expiration date!  

All puppies need to have completed ALL ROUNDS of Parvovirus shots (ask your vet if they need 3 or 4)

We highly recommend  Bordetella /kennel cough vaccination 

We will only muzzle your pet if they show aggressive behaviors. We need all of our body parts!  If we feel that the pet is endangering itself , we will ask you to pick them up.   

We DO NOT sedate pets.  We sell CBD products or you can request calming medication from your vet.  We need our grooming clients to be calm, coherent and able to stand up! 

We will lightly de-mat some areas, however WE WILL NOT not submit your dog to Torture and potential injury (bruising, lacerations , hematomas or irritations caused by excessive  de-mating )  

We advise our clients of potential causes of mats and sell products to assist in their grooming home care.  

When we deem necessary, we will shave below the mats, which may be a shorter length than you originally requested.  
HUMANITY over VANITY.

  It is hair and it will grow back!

We can only guesstimate how long your dog’s groom will take.  It’s 3-6 hours on average.   

Just relax- WE WILL CALL YOU when we finish.  No amount of phone calls, pop in’s or complaints will make the process go any faster.  Let us do our job!  

Use this time to shop, clean or make your own spa appointments.  We’ve got this!  

Simple answer:  We are busy!  

Wet soapy hands, Dryers blowing, Clippers cutting,  Dogs Barking, Kids being kids, Pooping dogs, Our potty breaks,  Customer check in‘s and out’s….. need we say more? 

We will attempt to return calls at some point during the day or at the end of the day.
