If there is snow or icy roads, there is a chance that you or your groomer can not make it to Waggles.  Your groomer will contact you with a text or call from unknown/private number to confirm or change your appointment.  

Please do not attempt to drive to our store unless you are certain that your appointment still stands and your groomer can get there.  

Please make sure your groomer has an updated mobile number to reach you.
